This is my first time to post about my monthly Bullet Journal set up on WIX.

End of last year (2019), I planned out an idea to start up my YouTube channel with Bullet Journal sharing.

However, I did not succeed because I was too busy and it is not as easy as what you think: take videos, edit videos, upload.

It required a lot of energy such as research on techniques for video shooting (overhead shooting skill), research on suitable equipment (camera/phone stand) and research on which software to use for video editing (even though I am a Mass Communication student and I learn the skill during my study).

Most importantly, it required time to plan and do. Thus, I was thinking to start my Bullet Journal set up video with articles and pictures on WIX first, then slowly blog/vlog.

And so, TADAAAAA~

Here I come with my 1st Bullet Journal set up sharing:

June’s theme I did a “Retro Vintage Music” theme.

I combined the elements of retro music and vintage music in a monthly Bullet Journal spreads.

I got the inspiration from Pinterest while I was searching for the theme of June.

Then I accidentally bumped into a music theme Bullet Journal cover page.

However, I felt like it was a bit too dull with just music notes and the month. Thus, I tried to search more on “Music Theme Bullet Journal” and I got this.

So, I recreate it with some washi tape.

Then, for the monthly log.

Last time, I used 2 pages after the cover page to create my monthly log.

Then, started last month, I tried to make some changes on my monthly log since I only use a monthly log for holidays and some important dates record. Thus, I have it on the page beside the cover page, which I used to have QOTM last time

Then, tracker pages. I’ll always have Habit Tracker and Mood Tracker with me. I did try workout tracker/planner, but it didn’t work well for me. So, I just used my phone to track my workout routine.

June’s habit tracker didn’t bring any meaning behind the design. It was just a very simple design with the colours I used on my cover page as the shadow of each box. Then I tried to “write down” the habits with the alphabet stamps I bought online.

As for mood tracker, I was inspired by this Pin. I felt it was so special and easy to track my daily mood. Thus, I recreate it. Thanks for the inspiration

I like to track my mood at the end of every day because I like to reflect the day before sleep, such as what I’ve done today, what happened today and what I need to be glad of the day.

The following spread is weekly spread.

Last year, I make all every month’s weekly spread the same design because I was following the Bullet Journal Plan With Me (PWM) by Amandarachlee. She only has one weekly spread in her video and if I wanted to follow her weekly spread design, I’ll need to watch or wait for her Instragam Live or post.

Thus, to make things easier and in advance, I make every weekly spread the same as the first week.

After decided to have my own Bullet Journal monthly theme, I also planned to have a different design for my weekly spread.

This is June weekly design:

You might notice I also used stickers and washi tapes for decoration. (I wanted to finish all the stock of stationery I have before I shop for new collections).

That’s all for my June Bullet Journal Set Up sharing!
